Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all luxury tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship with Ease

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
